Based in Northern Ireland, CCA is an accident management company who we’ve been working with for almost 20 years. As a local company ourselves, we felt it was important our claims management service was also based in Northern Ireland to provide the best service to our customers in what can be very stressful circumstances.

CCA: Information required when reporting a claim

– Broker reference number (you can find this on your confirmation of cover letter)
– Date of incident
– Details of the loss or damage
– Estimated value of claim
– Contact details of any other parties involved, including witnesses
– Photographs of damage are also helpful, but not essential

Don’t worry if you don’t have all these details to hand when you are reporting your claim, we can get these at a later time. However, the more information you can provide to CCA at the beginning, the quicker your claim can be processed.

Excess to pay:

All insurance policies include an excess. Please contact Abbey Insurance on 08000 66 55 44 or CCA on 08000 28 28 70 to discuss the details of your individual policy.

Windscreen cover:

To book a repair or replacement windscreen for your vehicle, call CCA on 08000 28 28 70. We use National Windscreens as our approved repairer.
